Running Activate
The Activate summary
The cross-client Activate page in the Command Centre, covering live engagements, engagements in onboarding and programme totals.
The Activate summary
The Activate summary at /admin/activate (sidebar, PLATFORM group, Activate) lists every engagement that has Activate allocated. Use it to check which programmes are live and which are still onboarding.
The hero band

| Total gap to close | Sum of the revenue gaps from each engagement's latest snapshot |
| Total gap closed | Sum of the revenue recognised against those gaps |
| Total briefs | Briefs across all engagements |
Amounts are never added across currencies. If engagements use more than one currency, the totals show the largest currency only, with a note such as "AUD only · 1 other currency not summed".
Engagements (live)
One row per live engagement, showing:
- The org name, industry and two lifecycle pills: Align · Complete and Activate · Live.
- Programme metrics and the partner funnel.
- Open Activate mirror →, which opens the client mirror.
The gap-closed figure is coloured by pacing against the baseline's expected path: ahead, on pace or behind. Hover over it for the variance.
In onboarding
Every allocated engagement that is not live yet. The note reads "Anchor is created in Activate onboarding. Integrations are non-blocking; go-live waits on the keys." Each row shows three gates:
- Strategy baseline: Captured or Not captured.
- PartnerStack key and Zoom key: Not requested, Invited, Connected, Live, Error or Revoked.
The row button follows the onboarding state: Start onboarding, Resume onboarding, Review onboarding, Review readiness or Resolve Align publication.
