What clients see in their portal

You will get questions about the client portal, so keep a clear model of it in your head. This is the whole shape in one page. When a client needs more detail, point them to their own Help Centre.

The client sidebar

The portal sidebar has these items, in order:

  • Dashboard: engagement progress, stage stepper, intake completion, and a few KPI tiles.
  • Data Intake: a tidy read-only view of everything captured at intake, with an Edit intake button.
  • Branding: logos, brand colours, and a brand voice note, applied across their deliverables.
  • Pipeline: a visual of their programme across the five pillars and the Align sub-stages.
  • Deliverables: the published packs (Sam, Alex, Riley) as cards.
  • Partnership Growth Roadmap: direct access to Riley's roadmap, the one deliverable they can edit.
  • Profile and Settings: account details.

(Activate appears only if that pillar is allocated. It is out of scope here.)

How deliverables appear

Deliverables unlock over time. A pack shows up as a card in the Deliverables list only once you have reviewed and published it. Before that, the client will not see it, no matter what stage they think they are at. That is expected, not a fault.

Opening and downloading packs

A deliverable card opens the interactive, client-branded workspace in a new tab, with a left index of the pack's pages. Every pack can be downloaded as a PDF. Worksheets appear as the frozen published result, so the client reads them but does not edit them, with the single exception of the Partnership Growth Roadmap.

For anything past this overview, send the client to their own Help Centre. It is written for them; this page is your quick reference.
