Managing brand assets

The shared brand-logo library used across deliverables.

Managing brand assets

HS Assets is the shared brand-logo library. Open it from the Command Centre sidebar. It holds the logos used to brand deliverables and to reference partners by name across packs, so keeping it tidy and current matters.

What is in the library

For each brand, the library stores a square logo and a landscape logo. Each entry is either active or archived. Active logos are the ones in use; archived logos are kept out of the way but not deleted.

What it is used for

These logos do two jobs:

  • Branding deliverables. The client's own brand assets present their packs, and this shared library backs the wider set of logos that appear across the platform.
  • Partner references. When a partner is named in a pack, its logo can be drawn from here, so the same partner looks consistent everywhere it appears.

Working with assets

From HS Assets you can:

  • Upload a new brand, adding its square and landscape logos.
  • Edit an existing entry to correct or replace a logo.
  • Archive an entry that is no longer in use, which removes it from active use without losing it.
Add both the square and the landscape variant when you upload a brand. Different deliverable layouts call for different shapes, and a missing variant shows up as a gap in a pack.
