Ecosystem Prioritisation Map
The priority categories to focus on, plus whitespace opportunities.
Ecosystem Prioritisation Map (Alex)
The Ecosystem Prioritisation Map is Alex's visual read of where the client should concentrate partner effort. It highlights the categories to focus on and the whitespace where the client has no partners yet.

What it is
A DIAGNOSTIC page, generated by Alex. It builds directly on Sam's published Workshop Pack: it takes the priority categories that surfaced from Sam's Ecosystem Worksheet (ranked by composite score) and the named partners plotted in Sam's Definition of the Ecosystem, then adds Alex's focus and whitespace overlay. Alex only runs after Sam's pack is published, so if the focus categories look wrong, check Sam's ranking first.
What each section means
- Highlighted focus categories. The categories the client should focus on now, carried up from Sam's top-ranked priority categories. In the sample these read as Channel & Implementation, Referral & Advocates and Technology & Integration Partners. Each highlighted category is the ones worth activating first.
- Whitespace opportunities. Ecosystem opportunities where the client has no current presence, that is, categories with no named partners plotted against them yet. These are the gaps to consider building into, not existing relationships to grow.
Reviewing it before publishing
- The highlighted focus categories match Sam's top-ranked priority categories; they should tell the same story.
- Whitespace categories genuinely have no current partners, cross-check against Sam's Definition of the Ecosystem.
- The client's real name appears (not the sample company) and no placeholder categories remain.
- The map is not overloaded: a few clear focus categories beat a highlight on everything.
