Setting up Activate
Readiness and go-live
The pre-flight readiness checks, waivers, Re-run checks and the manual Go live button.
Readiness and go-live
Go-live is a manual, readiness-gated step. Creating the Strategy baseline does not give the client access. You press Go live once the required checks pass.
The Pre-flight readiness card
On the client's Products tab. The header shows the overall state (not ready, ready, or active) and a Re-run checks button.
| Check | Cleared by |
|---|---|
| Partnership lead designated | Launch settings |
| PartnerStack authenticated API access | Client submits valid keys |
| PartnerStack webhooks | Webhook registered and traffic verified |
| Zoom account authorization verified | Client authorises Zoom |
| Zoom webinar capability proven | Zoom confirms webinar capability |
| Initial strategy seed captured | Published Riley strategy |
| Strategy baseline captured | Onboarding wizard |
| Monthly inputs cadence agreed | Monthly review day set |
Each check shows passed, pending, failed, waived or missing. Some are marked "Optional, does not block go-live". A waived check shows "Waived:" and its reason.
Going live
When every required check has passed or has a reasoned waiver, the card reads "All required checks have passed or have a reasoned waiver." and Go live is enabled. Press it. A toast confirms "Activate is live". The Activate product status changes from allocated to active, and the engagement moves to the Engagements list on the Activate summary.
If go-live is refused, a toast explains why and the checks refresh. Fix what is flagged and try again.
