The Products tab cards for the partnership lead, review day, kickoff date and the assigned HockeyStick consultant.
Launch settings and consultant
Once Activate is allocated, the client's Products tab shows a set of Activate cards. Two of them hold operational settings you will keep up to date.
Activate launch settings
Subtitle: "Operational ownership and monthly review cadence." Press Edit settings to change:
- Partnership lead: client user or interim HockeyStick lead (an interim lead needs a reason).
- Monthly review day: day 1 to 31; shorter months use the last day.
- Activate kickoff date: the planned start date.
Press Save settings. These values feed two readiness checks: Partnership lead designated and Monthly inputs cadence agreed.

Subtitle: "The kickoff readiness watch emails only this assigned person." Press Edit assignment, choose the consultant, then Save assignment.
The kickoff readiness watch
A daily check runs at 04:00 UTC. If the kickoff date is between today and 14 calendar days out and readiness is not yet ready, the assigned consultant gets one email: "Activate kickoff at risk". If no consultant is assigned, nobody is emailed. Changing the kickoff date starts a new watch period.
