Workshop Pack (Sam)
Context and Disclaimer
The scope, assumptions, analysis lens and confidentiality note for the pack.
Context and Disclaimer (Sam)
The Context and Disclaimer page frames the whole Workshop Pack: what the engagement covers, the assumptions it rests on, the lens the analysis is read through, and the confidentiality note. It tells the client how to read everything that follows.

What it is
A REPORT deliverable, content class LLM, generated from the client's intake and editable by the consultant. Unlike the static reference pages in the pack, this one is written for the specific client: the LLM drafts the scope, assumptions and analysis lens off the intake answers, and you refine the wording before publishing. Treat the draft as a starting point, not final copy.
What each section means
- Context & Disclaimer. The opening frame: the scope of the engagement, the assumptions behind the analysis, the lens it is read through, and the confidentiality note.
- The State of B2B Partnerships. The market context. Headline: partnerships are the fastest-growing GTM channel, and the most poorly instrumented. Sets up why this diagnostic matters.
- Why Partnership Programs Fail. The common failure modes, framed as the same three that show up in 75+ engagements. This is the problem the pack is diagnosing against.
- What This Workshop Produces. What the client gets out of it: a diagnostic, an activation plan, and the operating system to run it. Sets expectations for the rest of the pack.
Reviewing it before publishing
- The scope is accurate. The engagement scope should match what was actually sold and what the pack delivers. No overclaiming.
- The assumptions are true for this client. Because this is drafted from the intake, check the LLM has not carried in an assumption that does not hold. Correct anything that reads generic or wrong.
- The analysis lens is right. The framing the analysis is read through should fit the client's stage and situation.
- The confidentiality note is present and correct. This is client-facing material, so the confidentiality wording must be there.
- The voice reads as a HockeyStick consultant would say it. Edit the LLM draft for tone and precision before you publish.
