Workshop Pack (Sam)
Overview
The Workshop Pack landing page: the client's snapshot, session detail and objectives.
Overview (Sam)
The Overview is the landing page of Sam's Workshop Pack. It sets the scene for the client: a one-line summary of what the pack is, the engagement snapshot, the discovery workshop session detail, and links into the rest of the pack.

What it is
A REPORT deliverable, content class static/report. It is the first of Sam's eleven pages and the client's entry point into the pack. Most of it is fixed framing copy that is the same for every client, so it rarely needs editing. The parts that change are pulled deterministically: the engagement snapshot reads the client's numbers from their intake and profile, and the session detail merges in the Discovery Workshop Agenda (the pack's separate agenda deliverable). There is nothing to write by hand here.
What each section means
- The headline. A diagnostic for compounding partner revenue. This is the fixed framing line for the whole pack.
- Engagement snapshot. The client-specific numbers at a glance: company revenue, workshop date, partner sourced (the current partner-sourced share), the 24-month target, and the gap to close between the two. These are read from the intake and profile, not typed here.
- Session detail. The discovery workshop logistics, merged in from the Discovery Workshop Agenda: duration, date, start time, and the consultant facilitating. If any of these look wrong, fix them on the agenda, not here.
- Workshop objectives. What the discovery session sets out to achieve. Static framing shared across clients.
- Deliverables. The list of the other pages in the pack, each linking through to it.
- Need an offline copy? The download prompt for the PDF version of the pack.
Reviewing it before publishing
- The snapshot numbers are right. Company revenue, workshop date, partner sourced, the 24-month target and the gap to close should match the intake and the client's real figures. A wrong number here is the first thing the client sees.
- The session detail matches the agenda. Duration, date, start time and consultant should agree with the Discovery Workshop Agenda. If they do not, correct the agenda and regenerate.
- The deliverables list is complete. Every page in the pack should be linked.
- The framing copy is untouched. The headline, objectives and prompts are static and the same for every client. You should not need to edit them.
