Generate and publish the Board Pack

Riley produces the Board Pack: the strategy, the board-ready Strategy Pack PDF and the Partnership Growth Roadmap. It is the last Align agent, and completing it finishes the engagement.

Before you start

Riley needs the Alex Opportunity Map published first. Alignment unlocks only once the mapping stage is done, so publish Alex before you come here.

Open the Riley workspace

Open Riley at /admin/riley/{engagement}, or reach it from the alignment step on the client's Journey tab. Same workspace pattern as Sam and Alex: a run banner and a deliverable grid.

Launch Riley

Hit Launch Riley. The prelaunch modal checks readiness, including that the Alex pack is published. Clear anything it flags, then confirm. Watch the banner stream the run status, elapsed time and token and cost usage until it finishes.

Review the pack

Open the Riley preview at /deliverable/engagements/{id}/packs/riley/current and read every page as the client will see it. Pay attention to the strategy pages, the roadmap and the board-ready PDF. Regenerate any weak or failed page from the grid, or launch a full re-run if the whole pack is off.

Publish

When the pack reads correctly and the failed-page count is acceptable, use Publish to client. Completing Riley moves the engagement to Completed.
