What We Want from Partners (Alex)
This page sets out what the client expects from its partners and the criteria it selects on. It is the client's side of the deal, stated plainly.

What it is
A REPORT page (slug partner-expectations), generated by Alex on top of Sam's published Workshop Pack and the intake. Alex only runs after Sam's pack is published. It is LLM-drafted and consultant-editable.
What each section means
- What we expect from partners. The headline statement of the client's expectations, framed as who we engage with: specific, defensible and enforceable.
- Across the journey, with a Crawl / Walk / Run build. Expectations are set across the customer journey and phased into a Crawl, Walk and Run build, so the bar rises as the partnership matures rather than demanding everything on day one.
- Behavioural plus commercial. Expectations cover both how a partner behaves and what they commit to commercially, not just revenue.
- Maturity markers. The signals that a partner has moved from Crawl to Walk to Run, used to judge where a given partner sits.
Reviewing it before publishing
- Expectations are specific and enforceable, not vague aspirations; each should be something you could hold a partner to.
- The Crawl / Walk / Run phasing is realistic for the client's stage and matches how it phases elsewhere in the pack.
- Selection criteria align with the ICP the four C's, they should not contradict the ICP scoring.
- The client's real name appears throughout, no sample company.
