The Monthly Review

How the Monthly Review is created from saved revenue, what it contains, verdicts, recommendations and the PDF.

The Monthly Review

The Monthly Review is the fixed record of a completed month: programme health, a verdict for each partner, recommendations and a variance narrative. Clients find it under Reviews ("Monthly review"). You see it in the mirror.

When a Review appears

A Review is created when all four revenue figures for a completed month are saved. Before that the page reads "The first review appears after all four Revenue figures for a completed month are saved." No Review is created on a calendar date.

If the client re-saves that month with changed figures, a new revision replaces the old one, which is labelled "Superseded by a later revenue save".

What it contains

  • Programme health · {month} snapshot: gap closed to date, projected close at run rate, partner-sourced revenue, and active partners against the planned pool.
  • Partner verdicts: Boost, Hold, Fix, Pause or Drop for each partner.
  • Recommendations: the client marks each one actioned or unactioned.
  • Variance narrative: a written summary of the month.
  • Book a Review call →, when a booking link is set.

Data and AI are separate

The frozen figures are ready as soon as the Review is created. Verdicts and the narrative are AI enrichment that follows. The page shows both states, for example "Frozen data ready" with "AI enrichment pending". If enrichment fails, the figures are still valid, and the client can use Retry AI enrichment when it is offered.

Review states: Pending, Partial, Ready, Source unavailable, Generation failed.

The PDF

Create PDF, then Download PDF. The PDF can be created once the frozen data is ready. A version with verdicts and narrative is available once enrichment completes.

Your part

  • Open actions show on the mirror as "N Review actions open". Use them to steer the review call.
  • If a Review is missing, check that all four figures for that month are saved. See Monthly revenue inputs.
