Setting up Activate

What Activate is

How the Activate pillar works operationally, what it depends on, and the path from allocation to go-live.

What Activate is

Activate is the execution pillar that follows Align. Align ends with a published strategy. Activate turns that strategy into partner campaigns, measures the results against the revenue gap, and runs a monthly review loop. In the Command Centre the Products tab labels it Phase 3 · Execution + measurement.

The prerequisite: a published Align strategy

Activate reads from the locked Business Alignment Pack that Riley publishes. Until Riley is published:

  • You can still allocate Activate and save most onboarding details.
  • You cannot capture the Strategy baseline. The onboarding row shows Blocked · Align publication required.

Activate always requires Align. An Activate-only engagement is not possible.

Publish the Riley Board Pack before you plan to capture the Strategy baseline. See Generate and publish the Board Pack.

The setup path

Integrations never block onboarding, but go-live waits on them.

Who does what

  • You (staff): allocate Activate, run onboarding, set the launch settings, request integrations, clear readiness and go live. After go-live you watch the programme from the Activate summary and the read-only mirror.
  • The client: raises briefs, reviews and approves assets, logs monthly revenue, works through Reviews, and owns Finance settings.
  • The client's IT contact: connects PartnerStack and Zoom through a secure setup link.
