Board Pack (Riley)
Key Areas of Focus
The starred, most important workstreams from the roadmap.
Key Areas of Focus (Riley)
Key Areas of Focus is the short list of the work that matters most, pulled straight from the tasks you starred on the roadmap.

What it is
A REPORT deliverable in the Board Pack (Partnership Playbook). It is derived, not authored: it reads from the Partnership Growth Roadmap and shows only the starred tasks. The priority star on a roadmap task is the switch that puts it on this page, so you shape Key Areas of Focus entirely through what you star, not by editing here. The page is headed "Where to focus first."
What each section means
The page presents the starred workstreams as the client's priorities. On the live page these read as the highest-leverage themes carried over from the roadmap, for example ecosystem maturity improvements, partnership readiness remediation, and integration readiness.
Each item is a task or workstream you marked with a star on the roadmap. There is no separate content to write: the value of this page is entirely in the discipline of your starring. Star the few things that genuinely matter and this page is a sharp priority list; star everything and it becomes noise the board will ignore.
Reviewing it before publishing
- The list is short and sharp. These are the genuine priorities, not a long
copy of the roadmap. If the list is long, un-star the tasks that do not truly belong here in the Partnership Growth Roadmap.
- The right things are on it. The starred items are the work that unblocks or
drives the plan, and they line up with the gaps surfaced in Sam's and Alex's packs.
- Nothing critical is missing. A priority the client would expect to see but
that is absent means the matching roadmap task was never starred.
- It reconciles with the strategy. The focus areas serve the aspiration and the
where-to-play choices on the strategy page. If they pull in a different direction, revisit the roadmap before publishing.
