PDF Preview (Riley)

The PDF Preview is the board-ready Strategy Pack, the whole playbook assembled into a single downloadable document the client can take into a board meeting.

What it is

A REPORT deliverable in the Board Pack (Partnership Playbook), the last page in Riley's set (slug strategy-pack-pdf). It is not authored: it is a rendered snapshot of the last generated Strategy Pack, drawing the strategy, the models, the roadmap and the derived views into one confidential, branded PDF with a download control. Because it is a snapshot, it reflects the pack as it stood at the last generation. If you have edited anything since, regenerate the pack to refresh the preview.

What each section means

The preview stitches the playbook together into a board document. Reading down it you will see the elements carried over from the rest of the pack, for example:

  • A confidential cover. Marked "Strictly Private & Confidential" and titled for

the client (the live example reads "Partnership Strategy Playbook | Space X"), headlining the closeable partner-revenue gap over the plan horizon.

  • The diagnostics carried in. The ecosystem maturity band and score with the

per-dimension Score / Benchmark / Delta breakdown, and the partnership readiness categories with their statuses, pulled through from Sam's pack.

  • The opportunity sizing. Category-level sizing with benchmark gap, annual

contract value and annual opportunities, carried from Alex's pack.

  • The strategy cascade. The Where to Play, How to Win questions, laid out as

the numbered vision and play sections.

There is nothing to edit on this page. It is a faithful rendering of the pack, so anything that looks wrong here is really wrong in the source page it came from.

Reviewing it before publishing

  • It is up to date. If any deliverable changed after the last generation,

regenerate the pack so the PDF reflects the current state. A stale PDF is the most common issue with this page.

  • The numbers match the source pages. Spot-check the maturity score, readiness

statuses and the revenue gap against their own deliverables. They should be identical, because the PDF only renders them.

  • Branding and confidentiality are right. The client's branding is applied and

the confidential marking is present, since this is a board-facing document.

  • It downloads cleanly. Use the download control and open the file end to end

before publishing, so the client receives a complete, correctly rendered pack.
