Customer Journey Map with Partner Types (Alex)

This page lays partner types over the client's five-stage customer journey, so it is clear which partners help at each stage and which gap they close.

The Customer Journey Map with Partner Types: the five-stage buyer journey overlaid with recommended partner types, executive ownership and the GTM gap each closes.
The Customer Journey Map with Partner Types: the five-stage buyer journey overlaid with recommended partner types, executive ownership and the GTM gap each closes.

What it is

A REPORT page, generated by Alex on top of Sam's published Workshop Pack (including Sam's GTM Motion Gaps work across the same five stages) and the intake. Alex only runs after Sam's pack is published. It is LLM-drafted and consultant-editable.

What each section means

  • The client's buyer journey, end-to-end. The page presents the client's buyer journey across the five fixed stages: Awareness, Consideration, Activation, Expansion and Retention.
  • Partners across the buyer journey. The overlay of partner contribution onto each stage. The framing note is: the 5-stage buyer journey, overlaid with partner contribution and executive ownership.
  • Recommended partner types per stage. For each stage the page recommends partner types, gives the rationale, and names the GTM gap they close. This ties the partner recommendation back to a real gap rather than a generic suggestion.
  • How to read. A short reader's guide so the client knows the map runs stage by stage, with partner types and the gap each addresses.

Reviewing it before publishing

  • The five stages match Sam's GTM Motion Gaps stages, they should be the same journey.
  • Each stage's recommended partner types map to real priority categories, not stray types.
  • The gap named at each stage is a genuine gap for this client, cross-check Sam's GTM work.
  • Executive ownership reads plausibly for the client's team structure.
  • The client's real name appears throughout.
