Opportunity Mapping (Alex)

Generate and publish the Opportunity Map

Running Alex once the Workshop Pack is published.

Generate and publish the Opportunity Map

Alex produces the Opportunity Map: the partner prioritisation that builds on Sam's foundations. The flow mirrors Sam, with one hard dependency up front.

Before you start

Alex needs the Sam Workshop Pack published first. Mapping unlocks only once the workshop stage is done, so if you have not published Sam yet, do that before you come here. See Generate, review and publish the Workshop Pack.

Open the Alex workspace

Open Alex at /admin/alex/{engagement}, or reach it from the mapping step on the client's Journey tab. It is the same workspace pattern as Sam: a run banner and a deliverable grid.

Launch Alex

Hit Launch Alex. The prelaunch modal checks readiness, including that the Sam pack is published. Clear anything it flags, then confirm to start the run. Watch the banner stream the run status, elapsed time and token and cost usage until it finishes.

Review the pack

Open the Alex deliverable preview at /deliverable/engagements/{id}/packs/alex/current and read every page as the client will see it. Check the prioritisation and named partners make sense against Sam's priority categories and the intake, and read the status badges on the grid.

Regenerate as needed

Regenerate any weak or failed page from the grid, or launch a full re-run if the whole pack is off. Regeneration creates a new version and supersedes the old one.

Publish

When the pack reads correctly and the failed-page count is acceptable, use Publish to client. See Publishing to clients for the publish modal and what the client sees. Publishing Alex unlocks Riley.
