Partnership Inputs and Outputs (Alex)

This page pairs what the client puts into each partnership against what it should expect back, so the effort and the return sit side by side.

Partnership Inputs and Outputs: the inputs the client provides to partnerships against the outputs it should expect in return.
Partnership Inputs and Outputs: the inputs the client provides to partnerships against the outputs it should expect in return.

What it is

The final page of Alex's Opportunity Map, generated on top of Sam's published Workshop Pack and the intake. Alex only runs after Sam's pack is published. The page is framed as a worksheet deliverable, pairing inputs against outputs per category.

What each section means

  • Inputs and outputs. The core framing: optimised inputs unlock larger outputs. The two columns sit against each other so the client sees the trade.
  • Inputs. What the client provides to each partnership. In the sample these read as:
  1. Number of partners sales-enabled
  2. Joint GTM plans agreed plus signed
  3. Co-marketing assets shared per quarter
  4. Lead lists plus enablement provided
  5. Deal registration access granted
  6. Solution engineering hours invested
  • Outputs. What the client should expect back. In the sample:
  1. Qualified partner pipeline ($M)
  2. Closed-won partner revenue

Reviewing it before publishing

  • Every input has a plausible link to at least one output, no effort listed that leads nowhere.
  • The outputs are measurable (pipeline in dollars, closed-won revenue), not vague.
  • The inputs are things the client can actually commit to at its stage.
  • The framing holds: optimised inputs should credibly unlock the larger outputs shown.
  • The client's real name appears, no sample company.
