What We Can Offer Partners

The client's value proposition to partners.

What We Can Offer Partners (Alex)

This page is the mirror of What We Want from Partners: it sets out what the client puts on the table for partners, and why a partner should choose it over the alternatives.

What We Can Offer Partners: the value proposition to partners across the journey, the commercial model, partner-facing assets and delivery, with a Crawl / Walk / Run build.

What it is

A REPORT page (slug partner-value-proposition), generated by Alex on top of Sam's published Workshop Pack and the intake. Alex only runs after Sam's pack is published. It is LLM-drafted and consultant-editable.

What each section means

  • What we put on the table for partners. The headline: what the client has to offer, framed across the journey with a Crawl / Walk / Run build and maturity markers, the same phased structure as the expectations page.
  • The commercial model. What we pay, described as approved and standardised. This is shown as a table with columns for Model, Detail, Availability and Approved, so partners see exactly what is on offer and what is signed off.
  • Partner-facing assets. The assets the client makes available to partners.
  • What we deliver to partners, day one onwards. The concrete delivery, from the start of the relationship.
  • Why partner with the client over the alternatives. The competitive case for choosing this client.
  • The reconciliation. An A6 reconciliation and an implication note that check the offer is coherent, with a candid line where the client needs to create additional value to earn partner attention.

Reviewing it before publishing

  • The commercial model is approved and standardised, the Approved column should reflect real sign-off, not aspiration.
  • The offer is consistent with What We Want from Partners, give and take should balance.
  • The Crawl / Walk / Run build matches the phasing used on the expectations page.
  • The reconciliation note is honest about where the client must add value; do not soften it away.
  • The client's real name appears throughout, no sample company.
