Answering common client questions

These are the questions clients ask most, with short answers you can give straight back. Keep them accurate; do not promise anything past what is described here.

Why can't my client see a deliverable yet?

Because it has not been published. A pack appears in the client's Deliverables list only once you have reviewed and approved it in the Command Centre. Until then it is invisible to them. If they expect one, check the pack and publish it.

Can a client edit this deliverable?

Only three things are client-editable: their Branding, their intake answers (Data Intake > Edit intake), and the Partnership Growth Roadmap. Everything else is read-only and consultant-built. See supporting-clients__what-clients-can-edit.html.

Can a client add a colleague to the portal?

You manage that, not the client. Add or remove client contacts from the client's detail page on the Users tab. New contacts get the portal invite and, when you publish, the pack notification email.

Can a client download a PDF?

Yes. Every published pack can be downloaded as a PDF from the deliverable workspace, which opens in a new tab.

Can a client change their intake answers after submitting?

Yes. They go to Data Intake and use Edit intake. Note that changed answers only flow into a deliverable when that deliverable is regenerated, so a mid-engagement edit may need a re-run on your side.

What do the agent names mean?

They are the four Align agents, in sequence: Jo runs onboarding and intake, Sam runs the Workshop and produces the Workshop Pack, Alex runs Opportunity Mapping, and Riley runs Alignment and produces the Board Pack and Partnership Growth Roadmap.

What happens after Align?

Align is the first of the five pillars: Align, Validate, Activate, Optimise, Accelerate. Align finishes when Riley's pack is published and the engagement reaches Completed. The later pillars are a separate scope; do not promise timelines or features for them here.
