HockeyStick Vision

The five-pillar vision and where the Align stage sits.

HockeyStick Vision (Sam)

The HockeyStick Vision page sets out the five-pillar model behind the whole methodology and shows the client where the Align stage, the one this engagement covers, sits within it.

What it is

A REPORT deliverable, content class static reference. It is the same for every client and does not read from the intake. It is HockeyStick's vision and five-pillar model presented as-is, so there is nothing to generate and, normally, nothing to edit. It gives the client the big-picture context: the engagement in front of them is pillar one of five.

What each section means

  • HockeyStick Vision. The vision statement: to enable partnerships as the primary growth driver for ambitious companies, driving exponential outcomes for customers and partners.
  • The five pillars. The model runs across five stages, in order: Align, Validate, Activate, Optimise, Accelerate. This engagement is the Align stage, pillar one, the foundation the rest build on. The HockeyStick Partnerships Framework page carries the same five-pillar anchor and marks Align as the revenue zone.
  • Clients include many leading tech companies. The proof section: the logos of well-known companies HockeyStick works with, for credibility.

Reviewing it before publishing

  • It renders correctly. This page is static and identical for every client, so the review is a display check: the vision statement, the five pillars in the right order, and the client logos all show cleanly.
  • The pillars read in the correct order. Align, Validate, Activate, Optimise, Accelerate. Nothing else.
  • Nothing has been edited by mistake. This is shared HockeyStick IP and should read exactly as it does for every other client.
  • It frames Align correctly. The client should come away clear that this engagement is pillar one of five.
