HockeyStick Partnerships Framework
The reference framework of partner types and the partner success model.
HockeyStick Partnerships Framework (Sam)
The HockeyStick Partnerships Framework is the reference page that sets out the partner types and the partner success model the rest of the pack works from. It is shared, teaching material: a common language for the client before the diagnostics begin.

What it is
A REPORT deliverable, content class static reference. It is the same for every client and does not read from the intake. It is HockeyStick IP presented as-is, so there is nothing to generate and, in the normal case, nothing to edit. It exists to give the client the framework language they will see used across the diagnostics and, later, in Alex's and Riley's packs.
What each section means
- HockeyStick Partnerships Framework. The framework itself: the partner types and the partner success model. This is the canonical reference the pack teaches the client.
- Align. The framework is anchored to the five-pillar model, and this page calls out Align, pillar one, as the stage the whole engagement covers. Align is marked as the revenue zone, the foundation stage where the partner revenue engine is built.
Reviewing it before publishing
- It renders correctly. Because this page is static and identical for every client, the review is a display check: the framework, the partner types and the success model all show cleanly with no broken layout.
- Nothing has been edited by mistake. This is shared HockeyStick IP. It should read exactly as it does for every other client. If it looks different, something has been changed that should not have been.
- It is consistent with the rest of the pack. The partner types and the Align framing here should match the language used in the diagnostics and worksheets that follow.
